In the latter half of 2010, AESO will be offering a training program to support schools with their own certified AESO facilitator on staff.
The primary advantages to this model are:

  1. Eliminate costs to external facilitators
  2. Enhance staff skill base
  3. Improve school’s reputation as an innovative and proactive school developing student’s emotional and cognitive intelligence

What does the license cover?

  1. Upfront and ongoing training and support for each educator
  2. Provision of facilitator’s materials
  3. Access to upgraded course materials as developed
  4. Wholesale access to participant course materials
  5. Provision of school-specific web-based support mechanisms for all participants

What is included in the training?

Participants will learn how to deliver the AESO programs, incorporating:

  1. Experiential, action, sensory and holistic learning approaches to facilitate growth and development
  2. Applied Kinesiology muscle monitoring techniques for assessment
  3. Applied self-development strategies and approaches.

All training programs involve:

  1. One to one coaching
  2. Peer learning groups
  3. Observation
  4. Facilitated reflective learning
  5. Practice

FOR INDIVIDUALS

AESO is also inviting enquiry from appropriately qualified individuals who are interested in facilitating our programs within Australia and internationally.

If you have a background in psychology, Allied Health, Natural Medicine or Education and Training, we are interested in hearing from you.

AESO facilitators must be actively committed to their ongoing personal and professional development, and hold a current Blue Card.

SUPPORT FOR FACILITATORS

Included in the annual license package, licensed AESO facilitators will have access to:

  1. A 2-day residential holistic retreat facilitated by AESO mentors
  2. Unlimited one to one coaching as required
  3. Online discussion forums for facilitators and AESO mentors
  4. BLOG topics, questions and answers
  5. Email and telephone contact with AESO mentors as required
  6. Review, development and update of program and resources
  7. Resource ordering online
  8. Online registration of participants and programs
  9. Orientation and briefing presentation to all staff
