Founded in 2008, AESO is the culmination of over two years of dedicated research and development, and over 30 years of experience in organisational psychology, mental health, experiential learning and professional healthcare services.

Founded by Jenelle Watson – a registered psychologist – and Zan Dugandzic – an experienced healthcare professional – AESO is dedicated to supporting students, parents, teachers and schools through the provision of world-class experiential learning.

At AESO, we believe that today’s youth hold the keys to our global success. They are better educated and more technologically sophisticated than any other age group – and due to the ready availability of information, they are more globally oriented and connected than at any other time in history.

Our extensive experience in working within the public health care system, coupled with our work with at-risk youth and decades of clinical practice provide us with a unique perspective – one governed in equal measure by strong educational and psychological frameworks and pragmatic experience.
